Powerchair Repair and Services – Berkshire and Surrounding Areas
Your Powerchair is your lifeline to the outside world. If something goes wrong, you want to be back up and running as quickly as possible. As a local, independent company in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, Newbury Mobility has a very fast response time should your Powered Wheelchair let you down.
We aim to fix your vehicle on-site in the first visit, but we can also come to your workplace or, if you prefer, collect, repair and return your Powerchair.
Of course, we don’t only repair – we can also give your Powerchair a regular service, supply new batteries, fix punctures, fix and replace controllers and much more.
Our low call-out fee of £69 includes the first 45 minutes of work on site.
If we find that your Powerchair cannot be repaired for some reason – for instance if parts are no longer available or because it is simply beyond economic repair – and we have been on site for less than 15 minutes – you will be eligible for our special No Fix, No Fee policy and will be charged nothing.
Repairs and maintenance services from us include:

| Punctures | We can repair a puncture or replace worn tyres. Or we can change your pneumatic tyres over to solid ones and vice versa. |
| Batteries | Flat batteries re-charged or replaced and charging units fixed. |
| Controllers | We will endeavour to repair whenever possible, saving you the considerably higher cost of replacement. |
| Bodywork | Accidental damage can be repaired, or parts replaced. |
| Insurance | All insurance work undertaken. |
| Repairs | We undertake repairs including emergency callouts on all makes and models. |
| Servicing | Regular servicing of your Powerchair means fewer repairs. Having our technicians service your Wheelchair annually means we can normally identify and prevent problems before they happen. |
